- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Handle client questions, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Provide clear information about company services and processes
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, design, and development teams
- Track customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Experience in agency or tech/game industry is a plus
- Professional attitude and good English communication skills
